本文从经常账户、外汇市场和外汇储备等多个方面分析了在世界经济复苏进程中,各国经济的内部均衡与外部均衡问题,说明实现全球经济平衡增长,需要各国共同努力,包括顺差国适当降低储蓄率,逆差国适当提高储蓄率;顺差国尽量避免汇率低估,逆差国尽量避免汇率高估。

This article analyzes the internal and external equilibrium of the economies of various countries in the process of world economic recovery from many aspects such as the current account,foreign exchange market,and foreign exchange reserves. It shows that achieving balanced growth of the global economy requires the joint efforts of all countries, for example, surplus countries properly reduce the savings rate while deficit countries properly increase,surplus countries try to avoid undervaluation of exchange rate while the deficit countries try to avoid overvaluation.
