Mass Tourism and the Changes of Human Settlement in Tourist Destinations

大众旅游在改变旅游目的地现代进程的同时,也改变了旅游目的地的人居环境。为了塑造旅游形象以及吸引更多的旅游者,旅游目的地不仅改变了地方性社会原有的建筑格局与生活环境,也将旅游目的地构建为旅游者视野中的休闲之地。原来居住于地方性社会的人们,因为旅游者的旅游行为而改变着原有的生活方式,地方性社会的人居环境也发生了变化。地方性社会需在旅游过程中制订适于旅游目的地发展的生态策略,消除人居环境因大众旅游而产生的消极影响,以便促进地方性社会旅游的可持续发展。

The mass tourism changes the modern process of tourist destination and the human settlement in tourist destinations. In order to shape the touristic image and attract more tourists, the tourist destinations have not only changed the original architectural pattern and living environment of the local communities, but also made themselves leisure places in the eyes of tourists. People lived in the local communities have changed their original ways of life and settlement because of the tourists＇ behaviors. The local community has to make an ecological strategy to match the development of tourist destination in the process of tourism, and eliminate the negative influences of the human settlement caused by the mass tourism, therefore promoting the sustainable development of tourism of the local community.
