外伤急诊急救应用危机管理配合无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理模式的效果分析

Effect of first aid emergency management crisis management and seamless integral trauma emergency nursing mode

目的分析外伤急诊急救应用危机管理和无缝隙一体化的创伤急救护理模式配合对其效果的影响。方法分析本院于2016年11月-2017年7月急诊科收治的外伤急诊急救80例患者资料,按照不同干预方案分成两组,将采取无缝隙一体化的创伤急救护理模式40例患者作为对照组,将于其基础上行危机管理40例患者作为观察组,比较两组效果。结果观察组抢救成功概率97.50%比对照组80.00%高,且确诊用时、急诊到接受手术用时和急诊到送病房用时(30.20±9.60)min、(40.32±10.10)min和(42.40±8.10)min均比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论外伤急诊急救应用危机管理和无缝隙一体化的创伤急救护理模式配合效果显著,具较高推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of trauma emergency treatment and first aid application crisis management combined with the seamless integration of trauma emergency care mode. Methods A total of 80 cases of trauma emergency treatment in the emergency department of our hospital from November 2016 to July 2017 were analyzed and divided into two groups according to different intervention plans. 40 patients with seamless integrated trauma care mode were used as control group. 40 patients was based on control group given crisis management as observation group, then compared the effects of the two groups. Results The rescue success rate of the observation group was 97.50% higher than that of the control group(80.00%), and the diagnosis time, emergency time to surgery and emergency room use time was(30.20±9.60) min,(40.32±10.10) min and(42.40±8.10) min. All were shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The trauma emergency emergency treatment application crisis management and the seamless integration of trauma emergency care model with a significant effect, which with high promotion value.
