农村专业合作社培育新型职业农民效能的研究

Research on Functions of Rural Professional Cooperation in Cultivating New Professional Farmers

基于河北省遵化市调查,确认专业合作社培育职业农民具有产业分化、职业分化等具体效能,传统职业农民加入专业合作合作社后会在知识、技能、能力、情感及行为等方面发生一系列变化,逐渐成为新型职业农民。充分发挥农村专业合作社培育新型职业农民的效能,应以专业合作社规模扩大新型职业农民培育数量,增加效能类型丰富新型职业农民培育形式,完善政策鼓励进城务工人员返乡创业,提升合作社科技水平增强职业农民综合素质。

Based on the survey in Zunhua,Hebei Province found that not merely the production and management function exists in rural professional cooperation,but also the function of cultivating new professional farmers,manifesting in industry differentiation and occupational differentiation,etc. Farmers will develop a series of changes such as knowledge increment,skills improvement,ability enhancement,emotional transformation and behavioral improvement after joining in the rural professional cooperation,and gradually become new professional farmers. Expanding the cultivating quantities of new professional farmers with scale of cooperatives,enriching the cultivating form of new professional farmers with the types of differentiation functions,encouraging the workers returned to their home to restart business with the completed policies,enhancing the overall quality with the scientific and technological level of cooperatives should be taken to fully exert functions of cooperation.
