摘要 移动互联网时代成长起来的大学生思维方式等方面变化被带进高校课堂,对高校教师教学产生挑战。其主要表现在教师作为知识传授者的地位下降、师生关系向伙伴关系发展,以及学生对课堂组织形式与与语言风格提出更高要求。面对这些挑战,高校教师应调整自身角色、优化教学设计并同时保持自身的学习和成长,加强与学生的交流沟通,从而在移动互联网时代提升教学质量,实现学生对教师的角色期望。 The development of mobile internet causes considerable changes in social life and exerts strong influences in users and their way of thinking. Among the users,the millennials,who grow up with the mobile internet deserves our special attention in academic and educational area. The traditional role of teachers has changed a lot when these young people attend colleges. Specifically,the importance of knowledge importing has been weakened and the intimate relationship among teachers and students has been established. Additionally,there is also a need for good organizational skills and expression abilities among college teachers. teachers should put their efforts in role adjustment,instruction design optimization,personal development and growth,and effective communication with students. These measures will help college teachers improve their teaching quality and fulfill role expectations from their students.
