Improving Log Working Efficiency

为了提升港口原木作业整体效率,增强公司的竞争能力,充分协调港口人力、机械等配套资源的使用,提高作业安全性能,降低能耗使用,对原木装卸流程中的卸船作业、堆场作业、装车作业进行了系统分析,针对原木抓斗抓取能力及舱内作业等制约原木整体作业效率的问题,通过经验的积累与创新思维的运用,对抓斗斗尖、绕绳结构、滑轮组结构及舱内作业进行优化与创新,抓斗的抓取量及舱内作业效率得到了大幅提升,提高了原木作业整体的装卸效率。

In order to improve the overall efficiency of log operation in port,enhance the competitive ability of the company,coordinate the use of supporting resources such as port manpower and machinery,improve the safety performance of the operation,reduce the energy consumption,and unload the ship in the log loading and unloading process,a systematic analysis of yard operation and loading operation was carried out.Aiming at the problems that restrict the efficiency of log integral operation,such as the grab ability of log grab and cabin operation,through the accumulation of experience and the application of innovative thinking,the paper analyzes the structure of grab bucket tip and rope winding.The structure of pulley group and the operation in the cabin were optimized.Through the inspection of actual operation,the grab quantity of grab bucket and the efficiency of cabin operation have been greatly improved,and the loading and unloading efficiency of log operation as a whole has been improved greatly.
