摘要
目前国内部分中学图书馆提供的资源和服务比较单一,已经无法满足读者的不同需求。相对于其他类型的图书馆,中学图书馆服务对象的群体划分清晰,服务需求差异性较大。中学图书馆建设过程中应该本着"以人为本"的理念,充分考虑这些差异化需求,针对性地配置资源,以满足不同群体的不同需求,为读者提供优质的服务。分析了中学图书馆服务需求差异化的来源与表现,从人性化的角度阐述了从中学图书馆建设方面入手满足不同群体的差异化需求。
At present,the resources and services provided by some middle school libraries in China are relatively simple and unable to meet the demands of different clients.Compared with other types of libraries,the group division of service clients of middle school libraries is clear,but the service demand varies greatly.In the process of library construction,full account of these different demands shall be considered based on the concept of "people-oriented" to allocate resources.This paper studies the source and expression of the differentiation of service demand in middle school libraries,and expounds how to meet differentiated demands of different groups in the construction of middle school libraries from the perspective of humanization.
