摘要
在最初设计时,单台透平机组配备一台柴油增压泵,为透平使用柴油作为燃料增压,以满足设备的需求。但3台透平所配备的柴油增压泵相互独立,增压泵一旦出现故障,将无法为透平提供燃料,进而导致机组无法正常运转。因此为了避免因增压泵故障导致设备无法运转的情况,对海上平台3台透平机组的增压泵不能互为备用提出整改思路及方案、优化控制,最终实现了3台透平共享3台增压泵的多种选择。
At the initial stage of the design,a single turbine unit was equipped with a diesel turbocharging pump to pressurize the turbine as a fuel to meet the needs of the equipment.However,as the three turbocharged diesel booster pumps are independent to each other,if the booster pump failed,no fuel would be provided for turbine and the unit would not operate properly.Therefore,in order to avoid the failure of the equipment due to the booster pump failure,this paper puts forward a rectification plan and optimized control for the booster pump of three turbo units on the offshore platform,and finally realizes 3 choices of 3 turbocharging pumps.Relevant reform content was also expounded.
