摘要
目的分析上焦宣痹汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗痰热闭肺型儿童支原体(MP)肺炎的临床疗效及细胞免疫功能变化情况。方法选取2016年3月至2017年12月在我院住院治疗的痰热闭肺型儿童MP肺炎患儿94例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组47例。对照组患儿采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上联合上焦宣痹汤治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、T淋巴细胞亚群。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率(93.62%)显著高于对照组(76.60%),观察组患儿的临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,观察组患儿的白介素(IL)-6、IL-10和IL-17水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+显著高于对照组、CD8^+显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论上焦宣痹汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗痰热闭肺型儿童MP肺炎患儿,可显著提高临床疗效、减轻炎症反应、改善细胞免疫功能。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and the changes of cellular immune function in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia( MP) in children with phlegm heat and closed lung type by atomizing inhalation of Shangjiao Xuanbi decoction and Budesonide. Method 94 children with phlegm heat and closed lung type MP who were hospitalized in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected. According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Shangjiao Xuanbi decoction on the basis of the control group' s treatment. The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group( 93. 62%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 76. 60%),and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the author,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). After treatment for 1 weeks,the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and IL-17 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). The CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and CD8 + was significantly lower than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion With the combination of Shangjiao Xuanbi decoction and Budesonide,the treatment of phlegm heat and closed lung type MP in children can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the inflammatory response and improve the cellular immune function.
