摘要
地铁车站主体墙、柱、梁施工,受到空间上的限制,作业场地狭小,模板随支架搭设同步进行安装,且缺乏材料堆放场地。传统的竹胶板模板和钢模都需随时配备1台吊车配合施工,增加了设备投入,且效率较低,采用长纤维增强热塑性复合材料组合模板(以下简称复合材料组合模板),重量轻,且第一次吊装到基坑即可采用人工搬运拼装,减少设备的投入,同时模板拼装简便,模板结构设计上采用双层边肋设计,减少模板收缩变形,平整度及垂直度能够很好控制,模板之间错台较小,很好保证混凝土外观质量。文章结合福州市轨道交通2号线洪湾站工程,对城市地铁工程复合材料组合模板的应用进行探讨,为今后地铁工程模板施工提供参考。
The construction of the wall,column and beam of the subway station is limited by space,the operation site is also small,the template is set up synchronously with the scaffold,and the material is not stacked.The traditional bamboo board and steel mould need to be equipped with one crane at any time,its increasing the input of the equipment,and the efficiency is low,and the long fiber strong thermoplastic composite formwork is light weight,and when its the first time to be hoisted to the foundation pit can be manually carried and assembled to reduce the input of the equipment.At the same time,the template assembly is simple and simple.The design of the template structure adopts double side rib design,reducing the shrinkage deformation,flatness and perpendicularity of the template.It can be well controlled,and the staggered platform between the templates is small,which ensures the appearance quality of the concrete very well.In this paper,the application of composite formwork for urban subway engineering is discussed in connection with the project of Hongwan Station,line 2 of Fuzhou rail transit,which provides reference for the construction of the subway engineering template in the future.
