腹腔镜手术治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的临床治疗效果

Effect on laparoscopic surgery for treatment of gastric duodenal ulcer with acute perforation

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年2月~2017年1月我院收治的96例胃、十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例,对照组给予传统开腹手术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.8%优于对照组的75.0%,而且手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间以及术中出血量均明显少于对照组,术后并发症发生率(2.1%)明显低于对照组(14.6%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者的疗效明显,可有效缩短手术时间及住院时间,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on acute perforation of gastric duodenal ulcer. Methods Select 96 patients with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer from February 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group（48 cases in each group）.The control group was given conventional laparotomy surgery,and the observation group was given laparoscopic surgery.The treatment effect of two groups was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observed group was 95.8%,obviously better than 75.0% of the control group.The operation time,anal exhaust time,length of hospital stay and bleeding obvious of the observation group were better than that of control group.The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 2.1%,significantly lower than the 14.6% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery for treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer with acute perforation,the effect curative is obvious,can effectively shorten the operation time and hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of complications.
