摘要 在石油催化裂化车间安装固定传感器来检测车间环境的方案,受安装位置的限制存在监控盲区;开发一款安全巡检小车与原有的监测系统相结合,对降低车间发生事故的概率,有着直接而重要的作用;以一台基于PLC控制的巡检小车为载体,搭载多个气体检测传感器和ZigBee通讯模块;PLC与单片机相结合,控制小车自动巡航;使用EM235模块和气体传感器,监测车间环境状况;将环境数据通过ZigBee发送给上位机实时显示;当被测气体的浓度大于警戒值时,启动蜂鸣器和灯光报警;上位机采用C++Builder设计人机交互界面。通过测试表明,安全巡检小车与传统监测系统相结合可以更好地反映车间环境状态,提高监控效率。 In the oil catalytic cracking workshop,the method of installing fixed sensors to detect the environmental state of the workshop is restricted by the installation position.Developing a safety patrol car combined with the original monitoring system will plays a direct and important role in reducing the probability of accidents in the workshop.A PLC based car is used as a carrier to carry multiple gas sensors and ZigBee communication modules.PLC and SCM combined to control the car's automatic cruise.Using the EM235 module and the gas sensor to monitor the environmental conditions of the workshop,and the environment data is sent to the host computer through ZigBee to display in real time.When the measured concentration is greater than the warning value,start the buzzer and light alarm.The host computer uses C++Builder to design human-computer interaction interface.The experimental results show that the combination of the safety patrol car and the traditional monitoring system can better reflect the environmental state of the workshop and improve the monitoring efficiency.
