基于互联网+的自服务报修技术在火电厂中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 现代工业生产系统中,如火力发电、水利、冶金矿业、交通隧道、散料码头等均由很多机器设备构成;在生产运行过程中,设备发生故障是客观存在的,造成故障停机维修是设备管理的常态,因此提高设备运行的安全性、可靠性、主动性,降低维修费用,促进安全生产和节能减排是工业生产系统中永恒的主题;自服务报修技术通过在火电厂选择有效点并测量其物理量来建立所选有效点的阈值分时图,运用自然科学原理,基于云计算平台,通过"互联网+"的方式,建立了信息源、服务端及客户端的互联互通,经过对大型工业化领域中各种机械维修方式的研究,揭示了零件老化的判断规律;自服务报修旨在替换国内外现有识别设备老化的计划检修、点检定修及状态检修方法,使机械零部件老化识别更加精确。 Modern industrial production system,such as thermal power,water conservancy,metallurgy,mining,traffic tunnel and bulk terminal which are composed of a lot of machinery and equipment.In the process of production operation,equipment failure is objective existence,equipment management's normal is the equipment downtime maintenance.Improve the safety,reliability and initiative of the equipment operation,reduce maintenance costs,promote production safety,energy conservation and emission reduction is an eternal theme in industrial production system.Self-service repair choose effective point in power plant and measure its physical quantities to establish the threshold value time-sharing plans of effective point,base on cloud computing platform,use the principle of natural science,through the way of"Internet+",set up information source,server-side and client-side connectivity,through researching many maintenance ways in the field of large industrial machinery to reveal the judgment rule of components aging.Self-service repairs aimed at replace schedule maintenance,productive maintenance and total productive maintenance abroad to judge equipment aging.
