十九大报告指出,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。改革开放以来,我国畜牧业发展成效显著,为丰富居民"菜篮子"、鼓起农民"钱袋子"做出了积极贡献。但是我国畜牧产业发展的不平衡、不充分依然突出,主要表现在畜禽生产成本高、单产水平低、国际竞争力不强,与广大人民对安全优质高品质畜产品的需求、农牧民期望平稳收益的要求相比,还存在着较大差距。畜牧业作为农业的重要组成部分,畜牧业现代化是农业农村现代化的重要组成部分,加快建设现代畜牧业对丰富居民菜篮子、振兴乡村发展、提升群众获得感有重要促进作用。文章深入分析了新时代我国畜牧业的发展趋势,指出持续深化推进畜牧业供给侧改革、实施种养结合、完善畜牧技术推广服务体系以及制定相关政策完善扶持机制是新时代我国畜牧业可持续发展的必由之路。

The report on the 19 th National Congress of CPC describes the Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The major social contradictions in our country have been transformed into contradictions between the people＇s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.Since the reform and opening up,China＇s animal husbandry has achieved remarkable results and made positive contributions to enriching residents＇ vegetable basket and boosting farmers＇ money bag.However,the uneven and insufficient development of China＇s livestock industry is still outstanding,mainly reflected in the high production cost of livestock and poultry,the low single production level,and the weak international competitiveness.At the same time,there is still a big gap between the people＇s demand for safe and high-quality livestock products and the farmers＇ and herdsmen＇s expectation of stable returns.As an important part of agriculture,animal husbandry modernization is an important part of agricultural and rural modernization.Accelerating the construction of modern animal husbandry plays an important role in enriching residents＇ vegetable baskets,revitalizing rural development and improving people＇s sense of access.This paper analyzes the development trend of China＇s animal husbandry in the new era,and points out that continuing to deepen the supply-side reform of animal husbandry,combining farming and animal husbandry,improving the animal husbandry technology promotion service system and formulating relevant policies and improving the supporting mechanism is the only way for the sustainable development of China＇s animal husbandry in the new era.
