摘要
吉林省某猪场送检一例病猪,经诊断疑似为日本脑炎病毒感染,对病猪的脏器以及全血进行BHK21细胞接种,对细胞培养物进行PCR检测和间接免疫荧光试验。结果显示,荧光显微镜下细胞浆内可见绿色荧光信号;PCR检测为日本脑炎病毒阳性,成功分离到一株日本乙型脑炎病毒。
A sick pig from a farm in Jilin province was sent to be detected infecting diagnosed,which was suspected as Japanese encephalitis virus.Organs and whole blood of sick pigs were inoculated in BHK21 cells,cell cultures were detected by PCR test and indirect immunofluorescence test.The results showed that green fluorescent signal was visible under fluorescence microscope.The result of PCR is positive for Japanese encephalitis virus,and a strain of Japanese encephalitis virus was successfully isolated.
