摘要
试验旨在研究粉碎粒度小的全株青绿玉米塑料袋发酵过程中营养成分的变化,确定适宜猪用的发酵时间。将全株青绿玉米粉碎至0.2~0.4cm,添加枯草芽孢杆菌和植物乳杆菌后塑料袋厌氧发酵,第0天、7天、30天及150天采样后检测营养指标。结果:与0天相比,第7天全株玉米酸性洗涤纤维、植酸磷含量降低(P<0.05),pH值下降(P<0.01),铜的化学形态发生变化(P<0.05),乳酸菌含量和淀粉酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。与第7天相比,第30天、150天乳酸菌含量降低(P<0.05),其他指标无显著差异。结果表明适宜猪用的全株青绿玉米塑料袋发酵时长为7d。
The study investigated the changes of the whole plant green corn crushed small particle size for pig in the process of fermentation with plastic bag to determine the optimum fermentation duration. Crushed to 0.2-0.4 cm, the whole green corn were anaerobically fermentated by additional B.subtilis and L. plantarum in plastic bags. The nutritional indices were measured on 0 day, 7 th day, 30th day and 150 th day. The results showed the acid detergent fiber and phosphorus acid content decreased ( P 〈0.05) , the pH lowered ( P 〈0.01),the chemical state of copper changed ( P 〈0.05) and the lactic acid bacteria and the amylase increased ( P 〈0.05) on 7th day by comparation with 0 day. Lactic acid bacteria significantly decreased ( P 〈0.05) on 30th day,and 150th day as compared with 7th day and the other did not change ( P 〉0.05). In summary, 7 days were the suitable fermentation duration of the whole plant green corn for pig.
