摘要
双容水箱液位的控制作为过程控制的一种,由于其自身存在滞后的问题,对象随负荷变化而表现非线性特性及控制系统比较复杂的特点,传统的控制不能达到满意的控制效果,所以本文在现场总线控制系统FCS设计平台的基础上,构建了一种基于西门子STEP 7和组态软件WINCC的双容水箱的液位串级控制系统的设计方案。本方案利用WINCC良好的人机界面、数据采集功能,并结合STEP 7环境编程的便利性,采用可靠的MPI接口建立WINCC和PLC、双容水箱之间的数据通讯。利用WINCC开发服务器端画面,在PLC客户端环境中编写控制程序,最终实现对水箱液位的精确控制。实践表明,此方法使用简单可靠,可广泛应用于工业生产过程中的液位控制问题。
As a kind of process control,the liquid level control of double tank can not achieve satisfactory control effect because of its own lag,the nonlinear characteristics of the object with the load variation and the complexity of the control system. In this paper,based on the FCS design platform of fieldbus control system,a design scheme of liquid level cascade control system based on Siemens STEP 7 and configuration software WINCC(Windows Control Center) is proposed. This scheme uses WINCC's good manmachine interface and data acquisition function,combined with the convenience of STEP 7 environment programming,and establishes data Communication among WINCC,PLC and double tank with reliable MPI Interface. By Using WINCC to develop the screen of the server and writing the control program in the PLC client environment,the accurate control of the water tank level is ultimately realized. The experiment shows that this method is simple and reliable and can be widely used in liquid level control in industrial production.
