鼻内镜下经口进路等离子消融切除腺样体的临床疗效评价

Evaluation on the Clinical Efficacy of Transoral Radiofrequency Ablation Under Endoscopic Sinus in the Resection of Adenoids

目的评价鼻内镜下经口进路等离子消融切除腺样体的临床疗效。方法 120例行腺样体切除术的腺样体肥大患儿,随机分为两组各60例。观察组行鼻内镜下经口进路等离子切除术,对照组行鼻内镜下腺样体电动切割术,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的手术时间、手术出血量、恢复通气时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的治疗总有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下经口进路等离子消融切除腺样体的临床疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transoral radiofrequency ablation under endoscopic sinus in the resection ofadenoids. Methods 120 cases of adenoid hypertrophy children with adenoidectomy were randomly divided into two groups equally. The observation group was treated with transoral radiofrequency ablation under endoscopic sinus for resection, and the control group was treated with adenooid electrokinetic cutting under endoscopic sinus. The clinical curative effects were compared bwtween two groups. Results The operation time, operative blood loss and ventilation recovery time o f the observation group was significantly better than that o f the control group （P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the total effective rate between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. The incidence o f postoperative complications ofthe observation group was significantly lower than that ofthe control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Transoral radiofrequency ablation under endoscopic sinus in the resection ofadenoids has significant clinical efficacy.
