支撑喉镜下两种手术方案治疗声带息肉的效果对比 被引量:7

Comparison on the Effects of Two Surgical Approaches Under Suspension Laryngoscope for the Treatment of Vocal Cord Polyps

摘要 目的探讨支撑喉镜下两种手术方案治疗声带息肉的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年6月我院收治的106例声带息肉患者,随机分为两组各53例。对照组进行支撑喉镜下常规切除,观察组进行支撑喉镜下CO_2激光切除,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、α1-酸性糖蛋白(α1-AG)、铜蓝蛋白(CER)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平均显著低于对照组,白蛋白(ALB)水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的首次发声时间、声音完全恢复时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与支撑喉镜下常规切除相比,支撑喉镜下CO_2激光切除用于治疗声带息肉可获得更为显著的效果,在改善患者症状和促进患者恢复方面具有显著优势,可在较大程度上改善患者的预后。 Objective To explore the effects of two surgical approaches under suspension laryngoscope for the treatment of vocalcord polyps. Methods 106 cases of patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received normal resection under suspension laryngoscope, while the observation group received CO2 laser cutting under suspension laryngoscope. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). After surgery, the levels of serum C-reactive protein (CRP), ?1-acid glycoprotein (?1-AG), ceruloplasmin (CER) and 茁2-microglobulin (茁2-MG) of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the level of albumin ( ALB) was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical differences (P 〈0.05). The first vocal time, complete recovery time of sound and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Compared with normal resection under suspension laryngoscope, CO2 laser cutting under suspension laryngoscope can obtain more significant effect for the treatment of vocal cord polyps, which has significant advantages in improving patients' symptom, promoting patients' recovery and improving patients' prognosis to a large extent.
