内科抗肝炎病毒疗法结合介入手术治疗中晚期肝癌的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Internal Medicine Anti-Hepatitis Virus Therapy Combined with Interventional Operation for the Treatment of Moderate or Advanced Liver Cancer

目的探讨内科抗肝炎病毒疗法结合介入手术治疗中晚期肝癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2012年9月至2016年12月期间我院收治的93例中晚期肝癌患者,根据治疗方法分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=42)。对照组患者采用介入手术治疗,观察组患者采用内科抗肝炎病毒疗法结合介入手术治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的免疫功能和生存周期。结果观察组和对照组患者的疾病缓解率比较,差异无统计学意义(60.78%vs.50.00%,P>0.05);观察组患者的疾病稳定率为80.39%,显著高于对照组的61.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的CD4^+和NK细胞水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生存周期6～12个月和>12个月的比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内科抗肝炎病毒疗法结合介入手术治疗中晚期肝癌能明显减轻患者病情,改善患者的免疫功能,延长其生存周期。

Objective To explore the effect of internal medicine anti-hepatitis virus therapy combined w ith interventional operation for the treatment of patients with moderate or advanced live r cancer. Methods 93 cases of patients w ith moderate or advanced l iver cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2012 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment methods. 42 cases of the control group were treated w ith interventional operation, and 51 cases of the observation group were treated with internal medicine anti-hepatitis virus therapy combined w ith interventional operation. The clinical efficacy, immune function before and after treatment, and l ife cycle were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results No statistical difference was found between the observation group and the control group in the remission rate of disease （60.78% vs. 50.00%, P 〉0.05）; The stable rate of disease of the observation group was 80.39%, significantly higher than 61.91% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. A f te r treatment, the levels of CD4＋ and N K cell of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The proportions of 6 -12 months＇ life cycle and 〉 12 months＇ l ife cycle of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Internal medicine anti-hepatitis virus therapy combined w ith interventional operation fo r the treatment of moderate or advanced liver cancer can obviously relieve the disease condition, improve the immune function, and prolong the life cycle ofpatients.
