阶梯式功能锻炼在高龄高危前列腺术后尿失禁患者中的应用

Application of Stepped Function Exercise in Aged and High-Risk Patients with Urinary Incontinence After Prostatectomy

目的探讨阶梯式功能锻炼在高龄高危前列腺术后尿失禁患者中的应用效果。方法将130例高龄高危前列腺术后尿失禁患者按入院时间分为对照组和实验组各65例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予阶梯式功能锻炼干预,6个月后比较两组患者的盆底肌力评分、尿垫试验评分、尿失禁严重程度。结果出院后6个月,实验组的盆底肌力评分高于对照组,尿垫试验评分低于对照组,尿失禁严重程度轻于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对高龄高危前列腺术后尿失禁患者实施阶梯式功能锻炼干预,能增强膀胱平滑肌和尿道括约肌的有效收缩,减少尿失禁的次数,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of stepped function exercise in aged and high-risk patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy. Methods＇ 130 cases of aged and high-risk patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy were divided into two groups according to the admission time, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given stepped function exercise intervention on the basis of routine nursing. 6 months later, the score of pelvic floor muscle strength, score of pad test, and severity of urinary incontinence were compared between two groups. Results＇ 6 months after discharge, the score of pelvic floor muscle strength of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the score of pad test was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the severity of urinary incontinence was significantly slighter than that of the control group （all P〈0.01）. Conclusions The application of stepped function exercise intervention in aged and high-risk patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy can enhance the effective contraction of bladder smooth muscle and urethral sphincter, reduce the times of urinary incontinence, and improve the quality of life of patients.
