摘要
目的探讨人性化护理对手术室护理质量以及患者满意度的影响。方法选取2015年7月到2016年7月间在我院进行手术的400例患者,随机分为两组各200例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上进行人性化护理,比较两组患者的护理质量评分、心理评分以及满意度。结果护理后,观察组的护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可有效提高手术室护理质量,改善患者的焦虑和抑郁等负面情绪,提升患者与家属的满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of humanized nursing on the nursing quality of operating room and satisfaction degree of patients. Methods' 400 cases of patients with surgery in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 200 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The score of nursing quality, psychological score and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the score of nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of patients of the observation group were significantly lower than patients of the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (all P 〈0.05). Conclusions Humanized nursing can effectively improve the nursing quality of operating room, improve patients' negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and improve the satisfaction degree of patients and their relatives.
