摘要
慢性肾衰竭患者普遍存在蛋白质-能量营养不良,主要临床表现为肌肉萎缩;近年来研究发现自噬-溶酶体体系在肌肉萎缩中起到重要作用。现查阅相关文献,对自噬-溶酶体系统在慢性肾衰竭营养不良中的作用作一综述,为今后的临床治疗提供参考。
Protein energy malnutrition is common in patients with chronic renal failure, and the main clinical manifestation is muscular atrophy. In recent years, it has been found that autophagy-lysosome system plays an important role in muscle atrophy. By consulting related literature, this review- summarized the role of autophagy-lysosome system in chronic renal failure malnutrition, so as to provide reference for future clinical treatment.
