基于CFD的细纱机吸棉笛管流场分析与改进优化

摘要 细纱是纺纱生产的最后一道工序,其清洁系统性能的高低对纱线质量有着重要影响。针对吸棉笛管工作效率不足问题,基于计算流体动力方法(CFD),采用三维κ-ε湍流模型,利用Ansys Fluent软件对吸棉笛管内腔气流场进行了仿真计算。结果表明:现有吸棉笛管中x方向运动气流主要集中于靠近后壁面区域,通过吸口的气流垂直冲击壁面后造成较大的气流阻滞区域和气流涡流区域。采用不超过26°角度导流孔对气流场有一定的改善,增加了气流向中间尾管x方向分量速度,提高了流出尾管气流流量,减少了气流垂直冲击壁面造成的动能损失。 Fining yarn is the last process of spinning yarn.The performance of cleaning system plays a great role for yarn quality.For the low working efficiency of suction tube,Ansys Fluent software was used to conduct simulation of airflow field of cotton suction tube by computational fluid dynamics method(CFD)and 3 Dk-ε model.Results indicate that the movement of airflow in the x direction mainly concentrated near the rear wall area.The larger airflow blocking area and airflow swirl area were caused after the airflow through the suction vertically impacts the wall.When the diversion hole with the angle no greater than26°was applied,the airflow field was improved to certain degree,and xdirection component speed of air flow towards the middle tail tube was accelerated.In addition,outflow of tail air increased,and the kinetic energy loss caused by the vertical impact wall decreased.
