摘要 目的:研究铁路专业学生生活应激状态、应付方式与心理健康状态之间的关系。方法:对其高职院校841名铁路专业在校生进行学生生活应激问卷、应付方式问卷以及SCL-90量表测试。结果:铁路专业在校生心理健康状态显著高于全国常模;生活应激状态、应付方式与心理健康状态两两均呈现显著相关;生活应激状态在应付方式与心理健康状态间起调节作用,高应激状态下应付方式更能显著预测心理健康状态。结论:铁路专业学生生活应激状态在应付方式与心理健康状态间起调节作用,面对未来高应激水平的工作,铁路专业学生更应侧重良好应付方式的认知行为训练。 Objective : To explore the relationship among student - life stress, coping styles and mental health of railway majors. Methods : This investigation was conducted among 841 college students of the railway majors by using Student -Life Stress Inventory, Coping Style Questionnaire and SCL -90. Results: Mental health of the railway maors" was significantly higher than the national norm. Significantly correlations were found among student - life stress, coping styles and mental health. Student -life stress had moderating effect between coping styles and mental health. Under the high life stress, coping style could predict mental health status more significantly. Conclusion: Student - life stress of the railway majors" students had moderating effect between coping styles and mental health. Facing high pressure in the styles the railway majors" students must take more cognitive - behavior training of the good coping styles.
