摘要
对宁波建筑垃圾资源利用现状进行深入分析,其建筑垃圾产生量长期维持高位增长,资源化利用难度不断加大,政策上难以调动社会的积极性,再生产品技术创新不足。为了破解建筑垃圾资源化利用低问题,提出完善和健全相关法规与政策;加大科学技术研究,延长产业链;搭建信息化平台,加强政府监督和宣传等措施。
This article deeply analyzed the utilization status of construction waste resources in Ni-ngbo. The production of construction waste has maintained a high growth for a long time and the difficulty of resource utilization is increasing. It is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of the soci-ety in policy, lacking of technological innovation in renewable products. In order to solve the pro-blem of low utilization of construction waste, the article proposed to improve and perfect relevant laws and regulations; improve scientific and technological research; extend the industrial chain; build information platform; strengthen government oversight and advocacy.
