价值链视角下孟加拉国水稻种业发展分析

Rice Seed Development in Bangladesh under the Perspective of Value Chain

水稻种业发展对推进孟加拉国水稻产业的作用显著。从价值链的视角分析了孟加拉国水稻种业现状,指出自然灾害对优质种子生产的影响较大、私人种子公司(经销商)和农户的知识技能匮乏和政府机构对水稻种子市场的监管不到位等是孟加拉国水稻种业发展中存在的主要问题。最后,基于价值链视角下孟加拉国水稻种业发展分析,对中国水稻种业发展提出了相关启示。

The development of rice seed industry plays a significant role in promoting the rice industry in Bangladesh. From the perspective of value chain, the authors analyzed the status quo of rice seed industry in Bangladesh, and pointed out the main existing problems in the development of rice seed industry in Bangladesh,such as natural disasters greatly affecting the production of high quality seeds, the lack of knowledge and skills of private seed companies（dealers） and farmers, the poor supervision of the rice seed market by government agencies and others. Finally, based on the analysis of Bangladesh＇s rice seed industry development from the perspective of value chain, some implications for the development of rice seed industry in China were put forward.
