中国沿海地区水产技术推广效率分析与展望

Fisheries Technology Extension Efficiency in China's Coastal Areas and Its Prospect

水产技术推广效率是影响沿海地区水产业的重要方面。从投入和产出角度选取指标,构建中国沿海地区水产技术推广效率评价指标体系,以2016年中国沿海11省(市、自治区)的水产技术推广相关数据为基础,利用因子分析方法对其水产技术推广情况进行分析。研究发现,福建水产技术推广效率最高,而广西最低;各地普遍存在水产技术推广资金投入不足、技术推广人员整体素质较差等问题。最后,在分析所得结论的基础上,提出了未来中国沿海地区水产技术推广的努力方向。

The efficiency of aquaculture technology is an important aspect affecting aquatic industry in coastal areas. From the perspectives of input and output, the authors selected indicators and built an evaluation index system for the efficiency of aquaculture technology extension in China＇s coastal areas. Based on the related data of aquatic technology extension in 11 provinces（municipalities and autonomous regions） in China＇s coastal areas in 2016, the aquaculture technology extension was analyzed by means of factor analysis. The research found that Fujian aquaculture technology promotion efficiency was the highest, while Guangxi was the lowest;there were many problems in various regions, such as the lack of investment in aquaculture technology extension and the poor overall quality of technical extension personnel. Finally, based on the analysis results, the authors pointed out the direction of fisheries technology extension in China＇s coastal areas in the future.
