甲醇制烯烃催化剂废粉再利用研究

Study on reuse of methanol to olefin catalyst waste powder

针对甲醇制烯烃(MTO)装置产生的催化剂废粉特性,分别研究了来自反应器和再生器废粉用量对催化剂性能的影响,认为通过对催化剂废粉适当处理可以实现催化剂废粉的有效再利用。

Based on characteristics of methanol to olefins（MTO）waste catalyst powder from industrial MTO reactor and regenerator,the research is carried out to investigate the influences of the content of waste powder on the catalyst performance.The results indicate that the waste powder can be reused to make MTO catalyst after an appropriate treatment.
