Fangzheng State-owned Key Forest Area Reform Assessment

对方正林业局在改革中期的进展情况进行评估,结果显示方正林业局在改革"六分离"中只有职能分离取得一定的进展,其他方面的分离均进展缓慢;方正林业局的生态建设与产业转型在改革中成效较为显著,且在比较改革前后的职工收入与就业状况后,发现处于改革中期的方正林业局民生改善方面进展较好。因此,方正林业局应重点做好改革"六分离"工作,推动"三分开"的目标尽快实现。

The assessment of the progress of the medium-term development of Fangzheng Forestry Bureau had been carried out. The evaluation results showed that Fangzheng Forestry Bureau had achieved only certain progress in functional separation in the “six separations” of the reform, and the separation of other aspects had progressed slowly, but the Founder Forestry Bureau’s ecological construction and industrial transformation had achieved remarkable results in the reform. After comparing the income and employment status of the employees before and after reforming, it was found that Fangzheng Forestry Bureau in the mid-reform period had achieved better progress in improving people’s livelihood. Therefore, the Founder Forestry Bureau should focus on the reform of the “six separations” work and promote the “three separations” goal as soon as possible.
