热管热风炉在密集型烤房中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对国内现有密集烤房热能利用效率普遍较低问题,提出一种由热管元件制作的热管热风炉设计方案,采用自主研制的热管热风炉开展试验研究,对实测结果进行分析。试验结果表明,热管热风炉换热效率高,节能效果显著,可以克服现有密集烤房供热设备的不足,密集烤房热能利用效率得到大幅提升,与现有密集烤房热风炉相比,节能效率达到33.0%以上,具有很好的推广应用前景。 In view of several disadvantages of the existing coal-burning hot blast stove in China, such as large volume, large weight, low energy conversion efficiency and other common problems, and in order to deal with the heating equipment insufficiency, a new type of bulk curing barn which combines the heat pipe technology was proposed, and an integrated heat pipe bulk curing barn system was made, then the experimental data was obtained during field application. The results show that the adaptability and the heat transfer efficiency of the heat pipe hot blast stove system in the bulk curing barn application are good. When comparing with the normal coal-burning hot blast stove, heat pipe hot blast stove has a higher conversion rate of 33.0% at least, which could demonstrate the good application prospect of the heat pipe hot blast stove system in the bulk curing barn.
