Enterprise management is a process in which enterprises allocate and manage existing resources and jobs of production and operation activities, and it is also a guarantee for enterprises to realize the benefits of production and operation. This paper expounds the principles that should be followed in the enterprise management, analyzes the ways to optimize the enterprise management process, and puts forward some concrete measures to improve the management efficiency of the enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the important significance of enterprise management process and its promotion measures.
