Ltd. of China Aviation Industry General Aircraft is a new aircraft manufacturing enterprise.Adhering to the new mode of modern aviation manufacturing industry, and focusing on the core competitiveness, the company takes the compound parts manufacturing and final assembling as the core business, other business are outsourced. The management of supply chain has become the core of the company. Combined with the development process of a certain type of aircraft, the paper analyzes the the current situation and existing problems of supply chain of the company, and puts forward some solutions.
