Research on the Design of Performance Appraisal Under the Background of the New Normal of Economy——A Case Study of a State-Owned Enterprise in Wenzhou

在新常态下,经济结构正发生着持续不断的变化。温州作为一座充满活力的创新之城,各行业的竞争都非常激烈,尤其是温州作为中国民营经济的发源地和风向标,大环境对温州本地的国有企业提出了不少挑战。在此背景下,对温州本地的国有企业展开绩效设计研究是非常有必要的,论文进行了做法和经验的总结,以供同行参考。

Under the new normal, the economic structure is undergoing continuous changes. As a vibrant city of innovation, the competition is fierce in all sectors. In particular, Wenzhou is the birthplace and weathervane of China＇s private economy, the macroenvironment poses a lot of challenges to the local state-owned enterprises in Wenzhou. Under this background, it is very necessary to carry out the research on the performance design of local state-owned enterprises in Wenzhou. This paper summarizes the practice and experience, for reference.
