我国贫困地区的人力资本投资现状研究——以濮阳市为例

Research on the Present Situation of the Investment in Human Capital in Poor Areas of China—— Taking Puyang City as an Example

贫困问题严重影响了我国经济健康发展,阻碍了实现共同富裕的目标。近几年在党中央及政府的共同努力下,扶贫工作业绩得到很大的提升,其开展对我国全面实现小康社会有着重要意义。濮阳市自建市以来一直为国家的重点扶贫城市,但在扶贫工作中存在许多问题:工作进展速度慢,人力资本投资质量差,返贫率高。研究这些问题,对濮阳市及其他类似的贫困城市未来的扶贫工作具有重要的意义。

The poverty problem has seriously affected the healthy development of China＇s economy and hindered the realization of common prosperity. In recent years, under the joint efforts of the Party Central Committee and the government, the performance of help-the-poor work has been greatly improved. The development of help-the-poor work is of great significance to the overall realization of a well-off society in our country.Puyang City has been a key poverty alleviation city since it was founded. However, there are many problems in the process of poverty alleviation,such as the slow work progress, poor quality of investment in human capital, and high rate of returning to poverty. The study of these problems is of great significance to the future help-the-poor work in Puyang and other similar poor cities.
