中层领导岗位绩效工资体系设计研究——以S研究所为例

摘要 中层领导在企业管理中起着承上启下的作用,是高层决策的支撑者,是政策落实的组织者,也是基层员工的领导者。作为最主要的当期激励手段,公平、合理的薪酬机制,尤其是岗位绩效工资制,对中层领导桥梁作用的发挥至关重要。 The middle level leaders play a connecting role in the management of enterprises. They are the supports of high-level decision-making, the organizers of policy implementation and the leaders of grass-roots staff. As the most important incentive means for the current period, fair and reasonable salary system, especially the post performance salary system, which, is very important to play the role of bridge of middle level leaders.
