摘要
企业青年人才是企业发展中的坚实力量,因此引导企业青年员工成才对企业提高竞争力具有重要的现实意义。针对目前企业对于青年员工的培养,论文首先简要说明了目前企业青年员工的现状,其次指出了企业青年员工人才建设中存在的问题,而后根据已存在的问题为优化企业青年员工成长成才提出了几点策略。
Young talents in enterprises are solid forces in the development of enterprises, therefore, guiding the young employees to grow into talents is of important practical significance for improving the competitiveness of enterprises. In view of the training of young employees in enterprises at present, firstly, the paper briefly explains the present situation of young employees in enterprises, and then points out the problems existing in the talent construction of young employees in enterprises. Finally, according to the existing problems, some strategies are put forward to optimize the growth of young employees of enterprises.
