极寒条件下地铁管片预制质量控制

摘要 论文以我国北方城市呼和浩特地铁一号线和二号线作为实验参考,对地铁管片预制控制在极寒条件下施展的技术进行分析。分别从以下几个方面讲述了在寒冷条件下混凝土管片预制施工中需要注意的问题:施工环境、施工准备、原材料选取、混凝土施工、管片的冬季养护以及成品管片存放等,分析后做出了报告。 Taking the metro line one and line two of Hohhot, which is a northern city of China, as the experimental reference, the paper analyzes the technology of prefabrication control of metro segments under extreme cold conditions. The problems needed to be paid attention to in the prefabrication construction of concrete segments under cold conditions are described respectively from the following aspects: construction environment, construction preparation, selection of raw materials, concrete construction, maintenance of segments in winter and storage of finished segments, etc. The following report was made after the analysis.
