摘要
采用HYPERMESH有限元软件建立了某大型客车中段的有限元模型,并利用LS-DYNA软件进行模拟分析。根据不同方案的分析结果进行对比,对车身结构进行优化,提出结构改进方案,以提高其侧翻安全性能。进一步的仿真结果表明:优化改进后的车身结构能保证乘员生存空间不受到侵入,从而满足侧翻认证要求。
The finite element mode of middle section of a motorbus is established by means of the finite element software of HYPERMESH,and the simulation analysis is carried out by using the software of LS-DYNA. The analysis results were compared according different schemes,and the scheme of structural optimum is proposed, so as to improve the safety performance of its rollover. Further simulation results show that the optimized body structure can ensure the occupant's survival space is not intruded, so as to meet the rollover certification requirements.
