摘要
论文针对现有碳酸稀土沉淀工艺用水及废水排放量大的问题,研究一种高浓度氯化稀土溶液生产碳酸稀土的生产工艺,该工艺采用提高反应浓度的方式实现用水及废水的减量化,实现清洁生产,减少废水处理成本,减轻稀土湿法冶金过程中废水处理负担。
Aiming at the problem of large amount of water used in the present rare earth carbonate precipitation process and the discharged wastewater, the production process of producing rare earth carbonate by high concentration rare earth chloride solution is studied. The process can reduce the use of water and wastewater by increasing reaction concentration, realize clean production, reduce the cost of wastewater treatment and lighten the burden of wastewater treatment in the process of rare earth hydrometallurgy.
