摘要
论文针对PET材质的特点选用超声波的振幅为26μm,试验的焊点尺寸为6mm圆圈。试验得到,当无纺布无拉伸变形时,单点拉力可达到24.3N。
According to the characteristics of PET material, the ultrasonic amplitude is 26μm, and the size of the welding spot is a circle of6 mm. The experimental results show that the single point tensile force can reach 24.3 Nwhen the non-woven fabric has no tensile deformation.
