马铃薯/花生不同行比套作对马铃薯产量、品质及经济效益的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为明确马铃薯/花生套作体系不同行比对马铃薯产量、品质及经济效益的影响,以马铃薯单作为对照,设置2∶2和3∶2两种马铃薯/花生套作行比,研究套作条件下马铃薯产量、品质和总产值的变化。结果表明:马铃薯块茎产量套作明显高于单作,其中2∶2、3∶2处理的春马铃薯产量分别比对照提高4.77%和2.12%,秋季马铃薯产量分别提高8.24%和6.81%。与单作相比,套作不同程度地提高了马铃薯块茎中维生素C含量和蛋白质含量,降低还原糖含量和淀粉含量。马铃薯/花生相对较高的产量保证了较高的产值,尤其是2∶2行比套作模式,表现出最高的经济效益。综之,套作能显著提高马铃薯块茎产量和经济效益,并可改善马铃薯块茎品质;2∶2行比具有较强的套作优势,生产中马铃薯/花生套作宜采用该模式。 In order to clarify the effects of potato/peanut intercropping on potato yield,quality and eco-nomic benefits,a field experiment with 2 different potato-peanut row ratios was carried out with monoculture as control (CK)to study the changes of potato yield,quality and total output value under intercropping condi-tion.The results showed that the tuber yield under intercropping was remarkably higher than that under mono-culture,which increased by 4.77%and 2.12%in spring,and 8.24%and 6.81%in autumn under the row ratios of 2∶2 and 3∶2,respectively.Intercropping significantly improved the vitamin C and protein contents, but decreased the reducing sugar and starch contents in potato tubers.The higher yield of intercropping en-sured a higher output value,especially the treatment with the row ratio as 2∶2,which showed the highest eco-nomic benefit.In conclusion,intercropping could significantly increase the tuber yield and economic benefit of potato and improve the tuber quality.The 2∶2 row ratio performed better,so it was recommended for potato/peanut intercropping.
