摘要 针对全桥移相LCC谐振变换器存在轻载时滞后臂零电压开关(ZVS)难以实现,重载时谐振电流较大,从而导致ZVS范围较窄以及导通损耗较大等问题,提出了一种改进的全桥移相LCC谐振变换器电路.首先对该变换器进行了原理分析,推导出了其实现ZVS的条件,最后在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下搭建了仿真平台.仿真结果表明,该变换器实现了较宽的ZVS范围,有效地减小了导通损耗,从而验证了设计的可行性. In order to solve the problem that the lag arm ZVS is difficult to achieve when the full-bridge phase-shifted LCC resonant converter has a light load and that the resonant current is large in heavy load, which results in only a narrow ZVS range and a large conduction loss and so on,this paper proposes a circuit topology of an improved phase-shifted full-bridge LCC resonant converter. Firstly, the principle of the converter is analyzed, and the conditions for realizing ZVS deduced. Finally, the paper builds a simulation platform under Matlab/Simulink simulation environment. Simulation results show that the improved converter achieves a wide range ZVS, and effectively reduces conduction losses, thus verifying the feasibility of the design.
