摘要
为解决移相全桥变换器主电路滞后桥臂软开关实现难、次级整流二极管存在反向恢复电流的问题,提出了一种次级谐振倍压移相全桥软开关变换器.首先对该变换器工作过程进行了分析,给出了软开关实现条件,然后运用Matlab/Simulink软件对次级谐振倍压移相全桥软开关变换器进行仿真.仿真结果表明,滞后桥臂软开关范围窄、次级整流二极管存在反向恢复电流等问题得到基本解决.
In order to solve the difficulty of the soft-switching of the lagging bridge arm in the main circuit of the phase-shifted full-bridge converter and the problem of the reverse recovery current of the secondary rectifier diode, this paper proposes a secondary resonant voltage-doubled phase-shifted full-bridge soft switching converter. Firstly the working process of the proposed converter is analyzed, and the implementation condition of the soft-switching is given. Finally, the paper uses Matlab/Simulink software to simulate the secondary resonant voltagedoubled phase-shifted full-bridge soft switching converter. The simulation results show that the problems such as the narrow soft-switching range of the lagging bridge and the reverse recovery current of the secondary rectifier diode are basically solved.
