“一带一路”视阈下武术段位制在菲律宾孔子课堂推广的新契机

The New Opportunity of Wushu Duan System Development in Confucius Classroom of the Philippines in the Background of "The Belt and Road"

运用文献资料、访谈、实地考察等方法研究武术在菲律宾孔子课堂推广中遇到的问题。结论:当前武术已经进入菲律宾孔子课堂,但是段位制推广工作还未展开,究其原因主要存在有对武术顶层设计认识不足,武术段位制师资缺乏,考评检验机构不完善,课程体系不完整,培养目标不明确等问题。建议:武术组织与推广部门应积极展开与国家汉办合作,宣传武术段位制顶层设计政策蓝图,加强武术段位制知识的普及,广泛建立段位制考评机构,引入MOOC课程模式缓解当前武术师资难题,通过"造血计划"培养一批具有武术段位制专业知识的本土教师,同时与菲律宾国情相结合,促进武术段位制在菲律宾孔子课堂的推广与传播。

The problems encountered in the promotion of Confucius classroom in the Philippines are studied by means of literature,interview and field investigation. Conclusion： the current Wushu has entered the Confucius classrooms in the Philippines, but the promotion of Duan ranking system has not been launched, the main reasons are the top design insufficient understanding of Wushu, Wushu Duan ranking system in the teachers lack, imperfect inspection institution for examination and assessment, curriculum system is incomplete, the problem such as training target is not clear.Suggestion： Wushu organization and promotion department should actively cooperate with Hanban, publicize the policy for the Wshu ranking system in the top design blueprint, strengthen the popularization of Wushu ranking system in knowledge, broad based rank in appraisal institutions, introducing MOOC curriculum pattern to alleviate the current Wushu teachers problem, through the ＂hematopoietic plan＂ to cultivate a batch of Wushu ranking system in local teachers＇ professional knowledge, at the same time, combined with national conditions in the Philippines, to promote Wushu ranking system in the promotion and dissemination of Confucius classroom in the Philippines.
