摘要
中国传统养生方法是集身体运动、中医经络和意念活动为一体的自我身心锻炼方法,它是人类为预防疾病、治病强身而创造出来的,具有系统的理论思想和实践方法,它包含了非常丰富的文化底蕴,形式多样,融入了人们的生产生活,具有颐养身心、怡身益脑、健身防病的作用。我国在新世纪医学方法和保健观念与手段不断更新的背景下,传统养生方法受到广泛的重视,并有越来越多的有识之士开始了对这一传统文化的整理和研究,文章运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计方法、对比分析法,以云南师范大学的32名普通大学生为实验对象,连续练习导引养生功法18周,经过18周(36学时)的教学实验后,对学生身体形态、身体机能及运动能力评价指标进行测试,最后对测试结果进行数据统计,为导引养生功法成为今后高校大学生学习课程的组成部分打下基础,为今后的传统养生教学提供教学参考依据。
Chinese traditional regimen is a self training approach of the body and mind which sets body-movement, Chinese medicine meridian and mental activities in one, aiming to prevent the disease and cure and strengthen the body. It has developed systematic theory thoughts and practice methods, containing rich cultural deposits. With various forms, Chinese traditional regimen blends into the people's productive lives and has effects on maintaining physical and mental fitness and disease prevention. Under the context of continuous updating of medical methods and health care concepts and means of China in the new era, traditional regime has received wide attention, and increasing far-sighted personages begin to collate and research the very traditional culture. By literature, experiments, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, the author of this thesis takes 32 ordinary college students from Yunnan Normal University as subjects, and these 32 subjects continuously practice the Guided Regimen for 18 weeks. After 18 weeks(36 credit hours) of teaching experiments, the author tested the evaluation index of the body shape, physical functions and sports ability of the 32 subjects. In the end, the author made a statistical analysis to the test results. This thesis lays a foundation for the Guided Regimen to be a part of the college curriculum and is a reference for the traditional regimen teaching in the future.
