摘要
公共体育教学是高校整体教学中的重要部分,关系到大学生的身体心理健康发展,公共体育教学管理是直接地、面对面地同教师、学生打交道,分析公共体育教学及教学管理过程中心理学效应的产生及作用后,认为教师和公共体育教学管理人员应该科学认识心理学效应,积极运用正效应,避免负效应,提出加强体育教师和相关教学管理人员自身建设,积极构建沟通平台,构建无缝隙教学管理模式等建议,以期加强建设高效、规范的有公信力、美誉度的公共体育课程教师群及相关教学管理团队。
The teaching management in university administration is the most direct, face-to-face with the teachers, students and parents dealing with Pulic Sports Department, the author analyzes the generation and effect of psychological effect in the process of teaching management, teaching management personnel should think of scientific understanding of the psychological effects to actively use the positive effects and avoid negative effects. The study put forward proposals to strengthen the self construction of teaching management, and actively build communication platform, building a seamless teaching management mode, building efficient, standardized, honest credibility, reputation and loyalty in order to strengthen the teaching management team.
