摘要 为研究以尾砂为骨料、胶固粉为细集料的膏体充填材料充填体强度及流动特性,得到最优配比组合方式,分析了试验材料的基本性质,通过设计正交试验对不同质量浓度和不同粉砂比的尾砂膏体强度进行对比分析。试验结果表明:砂浆浓度和粉砂比一定时,充填体的强度与养护时间呈正相关,强度最终维持在一个稳定值;在同一养护时间与砂浆浓度相同条件下,充填体的强度变化与粉砂比呈正比关系;在控制粉砂比和养护时间一定时,强度值随着料浆质量浓度的增大而变大。对比分析表明,最终选择最优配比组合为:粉砂比1∶5,质量浓度69%的充填体能满足强度要求。 In order to study the strength and flow characteristics of the filling material of the plaster filling material with tailings as aggregate and cement-solid powder as fine aggregate, the optimal combination method was obtained, and the basic properties of the test material were analyzed and the orthogonal test was designed. The strength of the tail-sand paste with different mass concentration and different ratio of silt and sand was compared and analyzed. The test results show that the strength of the backfill is positively correlated with the curing time and the strength is maintained at a stable value when the mortar concentration and the ratio of the silt and sand are constant. Under the same curing time and mortar concentration, the strength of the backfill and the silt The ratio is in a positive proportion relationship; when the ratio of silt and sand is controlled and the curing time is fixed, the strength value becomes larger with the increase of the slurry mass concentration. The comparative analysis shows that the optimal combination of the final choice is: the silt ratio of 1:5 and the mass concentration of 69% of the filling body can meet the strength requirements.
