摘要
简要阐述了外购复杂原料阳极对铜电解生产的不利影响。通过多次试验摸索,从提高产量、改善阳极溶解效果和消除液位线粒子三个方面制定相应的具体实施方案,并取得了理想的改善效果,电流效率、残极率和电单耗等指标恢复到正常水平。
The paper presents the disadvantages of the purchased complex raw material anode on electro-refining of copper. Though many experiments, we have made corresponding measures from three aspects, such as increasing output, improving anodic dissolutionand erasing liquid-level particles, and the ideal improvement effect has been achieved. Finally, the current efficiency, residual anode rate,electricity consumption and other important indicators were restored to normal level.
