在传统经济面临巨大发展困境的背景下,"新经济"在我国经济发展中的作用越来越突出,成为新时期我国经济发展的必然趋势。但是我国"新经济"在发展的过程中呈现出了局部井喷式发展的现状,并没有形成全面可持续发展的态势。从"新经济"的内涵出发,首先分析了"新经济"在发展过程中呈现出的特征和经济形态。其次梳理了我国"新经济"发展过程中面临的困难和风险,最后为了培育新经济良性发展的环境和土壤,克服当前新经济发展过程中面临的困难、避免其陷入相应的困境,提出促进新经济的良性发展的对策建议。

Against the background of the tremendous development difficulties facing the traditional economy, the role of ＂new economy＂ in our country＇s economic development has become increasingly prominent. Second, it analyzes the difficulties and risks in the development of our country＇s ＂new economy＂. Finally, in order to foster a good environment and soil for the development of a new economy, overcome the difficulties encountered in the devdopment of the new economy and prevent it from falling into the corresponding dilemma, put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the healthy development of the new economy.
